You will need to register your phone number and put a debit or credit card on file (you will not be charged until the appointment/ cancellation fee period). Appointment details will be sent via text/email after approval. Please read the scheduling policies below before booking.
SCHEDULING POLICIES:
New Clients
I ask that all new clients show up 10-15 minutes early to their first appointment, to ensure that the necessary intake paperwork and interview does not cut into your session time.
Late Arrivals
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened for appointments following yours. You will still be responsible for payment of the full session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Cancellation Policy
Half (50%) of the service fee will be charged if you do not show up and fail to notify your therapist within 24 hours before the appointment. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. (If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived).
Respect Massage/ No Tolerance
This is a professional, NO TOLERANCE practice. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive remarks or advances toward the therapist will result in immediate termination of the session and all future sessions, and you will be liable for FULL payment of the appointment.
